Questions?

  • Photos are delivered next day to 48 hours after our shoot, depending on the size of the home. For video, within 48-72 hours.

  • Your content will be delivered via email, which will contain an online link for client to download after payment has been made.

  • Pricing depends on the service and size of the property that we will be shooting. We have an online booking form that lists all pricing for our services, which can be accessed by clicking the "BOOK NOW" buttons located throughout our website.

  • We proudly serve the greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine area. Those areas include: The Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, WGV, Silverleaf, Orange Park and Fleming Island.

  • Ideally, 3-4 days in advance. The more notice we are given, the more likely we are able to accommodate your preferred date and time.

  • We are able to shoot in light rain. Even with cloudy, gloomy skies, our editing team will perform blue sky replacements on all photos, so it will appear bright and sunny. If the forecast shows harsh rains, we are happy to reschedule to a later date without any associated fees.

  • For the average home (2,500 sqft), we are on site for about an hour (+/-). If we plan to shoot video and/or 360 tours as well, we would typically expect to double or triple the time needed.
